๐ Season Watch (Theme A โ Trenches Rebuild)
The Lions' major offseason goal was to fix the offensive line after Frank Ragnow's retirement and inconsistent interior play in 2025, compounded by aging veterans Taylor Decker and Graham Glasgow. The projected starting line is Penei Sewell, Christian Mahogany, Cade Mays, Tate Ratledge, and Blake Miller, which should represent an improvement over the transitional 2025 unit. New offensive coordinator Drew Petzing's hire is considered an upgrade over John Morton, though it remains to be seen if he approaches the success enjoyed by previous OC Ben Johnson.
